Along with our great working environment, we’re dedicated to developing our people. This is demonstrated through the many internal promotions that happen. We’ve seen people move from the shop floor to become members of our Senior Management team here in Rogerstone and at our many other factories across the UK. It’s great to see people fulfilling their potential and we help people to do this through hands on training and mentoring.
