Team Leader – Food Production (Days)

Salary of £420 per week.

Shift Pattern

07:00-18:00 or 06:00-17:00 working 7 days in every 14 days with every other weekend off

Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday

About the role

As a member of the production team your role will be to deliver daily production targets by following safe systems of work and standard operating procedures. You will lead and motivate a team while ensuring team members have the right skills to carry out their role. You will be responsible for health and safety; product quality and food safety and you will report directly to the factory shift manager, keeping them up to date on daily performance.
